Dr Nighat Shaheen Chiloo and Dr Bilal Ahmad Dalal were dismissed Thursday with government sources saying that the two doctors had “actively worked with Pakistan and hatched a conspiracy with its assets within Kashmir to falsify the post-mortem report”.
